My real estate career began with P J Toole & Cote Real Estate in Calgary in 1989. I proceeded to obtain my Real Estate Brokers License and was offered the opportunity to manage the office. Later when the company sold I returned to Real Estate Sales. The next few years I spent mainly in real estate sales in Calgary and area. In 1995 I began specializing in condominium sales including resale, conversion and new construction.
During the past 20 years I worked with 3 different developers and have been involved in 13 different projects resulting in well over 500 individual condominium sales.
As well as condominium sales I have been involved in hundreds of residential homes sales.
